Jillian is a Filipino-American designer and writer based in New York City. She currently works as a Graphic Designer at HZQ Consulting, a digital strategy and political consulting firm listed among City and State’s 2023 Political Consultants Power 100 list. Clients include Jessica Ramos for NYC Mayor, Civil Court Judge Alice Tam Tien, and nonprofit organizations like Women Engaged and Environment Health Trust, as well as Boeing and NASA who are partners for the GoAero Prize.
Her previous roles involve working as a Product Designer for NBCUniversal, an Art & Multimedia Editor for the 12th Street Journal and a Graphic Designer for Marriott International Inc. and Women Make Movies. She holds a Communication Design BFA from Parsons School of Design and writing certification from The New School Writing and Democracy (Riggio) honors program.
When not hunched over her laptop inspecting code, Jillian can be found nose-deep in a paperback or testing the storage limits of her phone’s camera roll.
